How ParcWatch works
The questions we're asked most. If yours isn't here, email us and you'll get a reply.
Do I need a Center Parcs login?
No. Nothing from you but an email address: no login, no booking reference, no account with us.
How often do you check?
Standard watches a price about once a day, as capacity allows. Pro checks a price every 4 hours, first in line. A sold-out lodge is checked about once a day on Standard; Pro checks it, or a full session, every 30 minutes, because one that comes back goes to whoever sees it first.
Will you tell me every time a price drops?
On Pro, yes, until your break. A free watch emails the first drop only. Free watches started before 9 October 2026 still hear every drop.
Which watch do I want?
It depends where you are. Price Watch if you've booked and want to know when the same break gets cheaper, for a Price Promise claim. Lowest Price Watch if you haven't booked and want to catch a low before you do. Availability Watch if your dates are sold out and you want to know as soon as they come back. Activity Watch if the break is booked but the pottery, the spa or a table you want is full.
Can I see what you have checked?
Yes. Every watch has its own page showing how many times we've looked, what we saw and when. The link is in your confirmation email, and you can have the links sent again if you have lost it.
What happens if nothing ever becomes available?
We can't make a sold-out lodge come back, and nobody can promise one will. We keep checking until your arrival date either way, and you'll hear from us if it changes. If it never does, you won't get an alert, because there's nothing to tell you.
Can I stop a watch?
Yes, at any time. There's a link at the bottom of every email we send, and one on the watch's own page. Stopping takes effect straight away and there's nothing else to cancel.
Do you cover European parks as well as the UK?
Yes. The five UK villages, Longford Forest in Ireland, and the 28 Center Parcs Europe parks in the Netherlands, France, Germany, Belgium and Denmark. They are separate companies with different rules: a European park has no Price Promise to claim against, and no fixed arrival day. The full list of differences.
How does the Price Promise work?
If it applies to your booking, and the same break gets cheaper on the Center Parcs site, you have 5 days to ask them for the difference. We spot the drop. You make the claim. It comes with some offers, not every booking, and it covers the UK villages and Longford Forest. Full breakdown here.
What's the difference between Standard and Pro?
Standard is free and watches a price, about once a day as capacity allows: a break you have booked, or one you haven't yet. Pro is £2.99 once, and checked first in line: every 4 hours for a price. On a booked break it also watches for a bigger lodge at your price and reminds you when activity booking opens. Not booked yet? It can take in the week either side of your dates. It shows which lodges are nearest the pool, and which are quietest. It is also the tier for sold-out lodges and full activities. Those are checked every 30 minutes, because one that comes back goes to whoever sees it first. Nothing renews. Upgrade from the watch's own page any time.
Is ParcWatch affiliated with Center Parcs?
No. We're independent, we don't hold or change your booking, and we don't speak to Center Parcs on your behalf. You book directly with them.
