Is there a Center Parcs cancellation list? No, but breaks do come back

1 min read Updated 23 September 2026

No. Center Parcs don't keep a cancellation list or a waiting list. Cancelled breaks go back on sale on their website, and nobody gets told.

Is there a cancellation list?

In their own words, Center Parcs have "decided not to maintain a waiting list". There's nothing to sign up to, and phoning won't get you in a queue.

The short version

No list. A cancelled break goes back online, to whoever sees it first.

What happens when someone cancels

Center Parcs say "any availability, including cancellations, will be for sale online".

It just reappears in the normal search.

When people cancel

Center Parcs don't say. Two dates give people a reason: the balance is due 10 weeks out, and Flex Your Stay's full refund ends 28 days out. We'd expect some around those, but we haven't seen enough yet to know.

A lodge can free up at any time, even in the last few days.

Cancelling your own?

What you get back depends on how close to arrival you are, and whether you have Flex Your Stay. The refund bands.

How to catch one

Search your exact village, dates and lodge type. Each type sells separately.

Checking by hand works if you can keep it up for weeks. That's the hard bit, and why we exist.
