Center Parcs Price Promise: which bookings have it, and how to claim

Booked on an offer with the Price Promise? If the same break gets cheaper, you can ask for the difference within 5 days of spotting it. Most standard bookings don't have it, so check yours first.

What the Price Promise is
If the same break drops in price before you arrive, Center Parcs lower your price to match. But only if you spot it and ask.
"The same break" is strict: same village, same lodge type, same arrival date.

For returning guests who book within 31 days of leaving their last break. UK villages and Longford. Not Spa Suites or Spa Breaks.

Closed to new bookings on 13 October 2026. Booked with it, for arrivals from 2 January 2027? Your booking keeps the Price Promise.
Older offers had it too, like Book Now & Save. Your confirmation email says which offer you booked on.

How to claim, step by step
1. Check your offer
Your confirmation email names the offer you booked on. No Price Promise offer, no claim.
2. Compare like for like
Same village, lodge type and arrival date, searched with the same party. Compare the accommodation line on your confirmation, not the booking total: Flex Your Stay, a chosen lodge and extras aren't part of the break.
3. Keep proof
A screenshot of the lower price with the date, or our alert email if we spotted it.
4. Contact Center Parcs within 5 days

5. Say what you're claiming
Your booking reference, the offer's name, what you paid for the accommodation, and the lower price you saw and when. Ask for an adjustment to price under the Price Promise.
What you get: your booking is repriced to the lower amount. Their offer pages call it a refund, their terms call it an adjustment to price. If you've already paid in full, ask how they'll give you the difference.
Only if your booking came with the Price Promise. Then yes, if you claim within 5 days of seeing the lower price. Without it, no: their help centre says they don't price match.
Do Center Parcs prices drop last minute?
Sometimes. Center Parcs price by demand, and their help centre says prices can change during the day. Dates that aren't selling can come down. Popular ones, like school holidays, usually go up. When prices go down.
How do I make Center Parcs cheaper?
Book on an offer that has the Price Promise: the Repeat Guest Offer takes £50 off if you book within 31 days of coming home. BOOK27, £40 off 2027 breaks, closed on 13 October 2026. Avoid school holidays if you can: the same lodge can cost far more in half-term than the week after. Then keep an eye on the price after you book, and claim if it drops.
