Terms
The short version of how ParcWatch works and what you can expect from it.
What ParcWatch does
You tell us a Center Parcs break to keep an eye on. We check it for you and email you when something changes: it comes back on sale, a place opens in a full activity, or the price drops below what you paid or to a new low.
We read the same public Center Parcs listing you would. We don't hold your booking, change it, or speak to Center Parcs on your behalf.
ParcWatch is independent and has nothing to do with Center Parcs.
What you pay
A Standard watch is free. It watches the price of a break, booked or not yet, or one sold-out lodge, and is checked about once a day, as capacity allows, behind Pro watches. It emails you the first time the price drops; a Standard watch started before 9 October 2026 emails every drop. You can have one Standard watch per break, meaning one inbox and one set of dates; addresses that reach the same inbox, such as name+tag@, count as one. Another watch on those dates is a Pro watch. A sold-out lodge can come back and go again between daily checks. Watching more than one lodge, and watches for a full activity, are Pro watches.
A Pro watch is £2.99 once, for one watch on one break: every 30 minutes for a sold-out lodge or a full session, every 4 hours for a price, an email at every price drop until your break, plus the extras described on the site. Checks pause for two hours each night (02:00 to 04:00 UK time in winter, 03:00 to 05:00 in summer), when Center Parcs' search does not give reliable answers. No subscription, no renewal, nothing to cancel. A Standard watch can be upgraded to Pro from its own page for the same £2.99.
Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see your card details.
Your watch runs until your arrival date, or until you stop it. Stopping early is always your choice, and the £2.99 has already been spent doing the checking.
What we can't promise
We can't make a sold-out lodge come back, or a price go down. We can only tell you quickly when it happens.
Center Parcs' site can be slow, wrong or briefly unavailable, and so can ours. We check often to make that matter less, but we can't guarantee we'll catch every change or that every email arrives.
Your booking stays yours
You book, change and claim directly with Center Parcs. A lower price we find is information, not an entitlement; whether you get an adjustment depends on your booking and their terms.
The Price Promise comes with some Center Parcs offers, not every booking. Where it applies, the claim is yours to make, within their time limit.
Fair use
Use ParcWatch for your own breaks. Please don't scrape it, resell it, or try to break it.
We may stop a watch, and refund it, if it's being used in a way that causes a problem.
If something goes wrong
Tell us and we'll put it right where we can.
What you can claim from us is limited to the £2.99 you paid. We aren't responsible for a break you didn't get, a price you missed, or anything that happens between you and Center Parcs.
Changes
If we change how ParcWatch works, we'll update this page. Watches already running keep doing what you paid for.
