Price watch
Already booked? We'll watch the price.
Tell us the break you booked. We watch the price and email you if it drops below what you paid.
Start watching, free
Pro is £2.99 once. It also watches for a bigger lodge at your price, reminds you when activity booking opens, and shows which lodges are nearest the pool, and which are quietest. No subscription either way.
Worth knowing first
Does a lower price mean Center Parcs will refund me automatically?
Not automatically. Only some offers have the Price Promise, like the Repeat Guest Offer and BOOK27. Check your confirmation. If yours has it, you have 5 days from spotting a drop to ask. We spot it, you claim it. Which bookings have it. Already seen it drop? What to do now.
Which price do I give you?
The accommodation price: the line with your lodge's name under "Cost Breakdown" on your confirmation. Not the booking total, which adds Flex Your Stay, a chosen lodge and extras. And not what you've paid so far.
Will you tell me if it drops again?
On Pro, yes: every time it falls, until your break. A free watch emails the first drop only. Prices can fall again. One Whinfell break dropped £50, then £150 more a week later.
How often do you check?
About once a day on Standard, as capacity allows. Every 4 hours on Pro, first in line. Both until your break.
My lodge shows as sold out, not booked. Is this still for me?
Sounds like Availability Watch instead. See how it works.

We spot the drop. You make the claim. If Price Promise applies to your booking, you have 5 days to ask Center Parcs for the difference.
