1. Check your offer
Only some offers carry the Price Promise. For a new booking, that's the Repeat Guest Offer. Booked with BOOK27 before it closed on 13 October 2026? Yours has it too, and so did older offers like Book Now & Save.
Your offer is on your confirmation email. Booked through an agent? Their terms apply instead. Which bookings have it.
2. Check it's the same break

3. Claim within 5 days
Keep a record of the lower price: a screenshot, or our alert email if we spotted it. Then get in touch within 5 days. How to claim.

You could check the price every day until you go, but it's hard to keep up. Or tell us what you paid, and we'll email you if the same break drops.
Tell us what you paid. We watch the same break and email you if it drops, while you can still claim.
